Socket end resilient seated gate valve with non-rising stem, designed for direct connection to PE pipe systems — the socket ends are sized to standard PE pipe outside diameters from d63 to d315, so the valve can be installed directly into the pipeline without flange adaptors, reducer couplings or tie rods, reducing both fitting cost and installation time on site. It is a proven choice for water supply distribution networks, helping to control flow, prevent water loss, distribute supply and isolate pipelines for maintenance. The ductile iron wedge is fully encapsulated with vulcanized EPDM, ensuring a tight seal and low operating torque over years of service, while the valve body is protected inside and out by a fusion-bonded epoxy coating of at least 250 µm. Suitable for working pressures of PN10/PN16 and water temperatures up to 80 °C.
